BUSHWICK OPEN STUDIOS 2011
I recently relocated from Manhattan to Bushwick, Brooklyn where I am sharing a great artist studio space with artist Yura Osborne in the NY Studio Factory building off Flushing Avenue.
The neighborhood is filled with a community of artists and musicians who rent studios, own small creative businesses, and make all kinds of art. I will be participating in Bushwick Open Studios the first weekend in June. The event is run by ARTS IN BUSHWICK and attracts thousands of visitors from the five boroughs of New York for the past five years.
I’m working on some new disco ball paintings and will have some of my older work along with drinks and goodies for visitors.
